Membership Associate

About the role

Privilee is a lifestyle membership giving its members access to hotels, fitness clubs and beach clubs across the UAE, Bahrain, Oman and Qatar. It is looking for a Membership Associate to be the first point of contact for members and prospects, helping them use the app, resolve partner issues and turn leads into loyal members.

Key responsibilities

• Support members across phone, WhatsApp, email and social channels with clear, calm and effective answers
• Resolve routine member issues quickly and empathetically
• Convert leads into members and retain existing ones with tailored recommendations
• Handle complaints professionally and close the loop
• Share member feedback with the business and help improve workflows
• Spot operational gaps and raise them to the right team
• Complete ad hoc administrative tasks as needed

Required profile

• 2+ years of customer service, support or sales experience
• Comfortable working rotating morning, evening and weekend shifts, with two consecutive days off each week
• Strong written and verbal English, with attention to tone and detail
• Organised, proactive and able to handle many conversations and follow-ups at once

Required skills

• Comfortable with tools such as Notion, Slack and CRM platforms, or quick to learn them
