Membership Executive

About the role

Privilee is a multi-award-winning lifestyle membership giving members access to hotels, fitness clubs and beach clubs across the UAE, Bahrain, Oman and Qatar. It is looking for a Membership Executive to be the first point of contact for members and prospects, helping them use the app, resolve partner issues and turn leads into loyal members.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clear, calm support to members across phone, WhatsApp, email and social channels
• Solve complex member issues quickly and empathetically, with timely, high-quality resolutions
• Convert leads into members and retain current ones by tailoring recommendations and guiding them through a smooth joining experience
• Spot and escalate recurring issues and operational gaps using member feedback and data
• Handle complaints professionally and fairly, always closing the loop
• Share knowledge and mentor teammates, and help streamline workflows and troubleshoot tools
• Use data and insights to spot trends and suggest improvements to the member experience

Required profile

• 4+ years of customer service, support or sales experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with attention to tone and detail
• Strong organisation skills, able to manage several conversations and follow-ups at once
• Comfortable working weekends and rotating shifts to cover evenings, with two days off per week

Required skills

• Comfortable with tools such as Notion, Slack and CRM platforms, or quick to learn them
• Structured, proactive and solution-driven communicator
