Membership Director (Dubai)

About the role

Aurora is building a high‑performance lifestyle operating system for the world’s most influential individuals. We are looking for a full‑time Membership Director based in Dubai to own the end‑to‑end member journey across the Middle East, from first contact through renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and manage a high‑impact business development and account‑management function.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for members, handling onboarding, ongoing relationship management and renewal.
• Drive community activations and bespoke experiences that deepen member engagement.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO to shape growth strategy and expand the member base.
• Travel across the region as needed to meet high‑net‑worth clients and partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in membership, client relations or business development within luxury, high‑net‑worth or premium service sectors.
• Strong network‑building skills and ability to engage founders, athletes, creatives and family offices.
• Self‑starter with high autonomy, comfortable working in a fast‑moving, AI‑driven environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai and obtain visa support.

Required skills

• On‑target earnings of $240,000 USD (base $120k + bonus) with uncapped upside.
