About the role
A gym in Dubai is looking for an energetic, results-driven Membership Sales Consultant to promote and sell gym memberships, provide excellent customer service and help new members start their fitness journey. The role sits in the fitness, sports and wellness sector.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell gym memberships to prospective clients
- Conduct tours of the facility and explain membership benefits
- Follow up with leads by phone, email and in-person meetings
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain knowledge of gym services, promotions and pricing
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests
Required profile
- Previous experience in sales, fitness or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
What we offer
- Basic monthly salary of 4,000 to 7,000 AED depending on experience
- Uncapped commission
- Visa sponsorship, medical insurance and annual travel tickets
- Gym membership for personal use
