About the role
A leading MEP construction company in the UAE is looking for an MEP Construction Manager to join one of its projects in Dubai. The role covers planning, coordinating and executing MEP works within the assigned budget and schedule.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering with an attested certificate.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the MEP construction industry, including at least 4 years as an MEP construction manager on a large-scale project.
Key responsibilities
- Plan project activities in line with the programme of work and organise the works and daily activities.
- Coordinate between all MEP disciplines and manage and execute the project within the assigned budget and timeline.
- Control the project team, assign tasks and set targets for staff costs, materials and labourers in line with project targets and budget.
- Attend meetings with the main contractor, consultant and client to discuss project issues.
Required skills
- Project management and control.
- Team leadership and organisation of project tasks.
- Good communication skills.
