MEP Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven MEP Manager to lead all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works across our construction projects in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all MEP activities, ensuring execution according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors and other project teams, resolve technical issues and clashes.
• Monitor progress, manpower, materials, procurement and installation, and prepare progress reports.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, inspections and final handover, while controlling costs, variations and subcontractor performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant MEP experience in large‑scale building projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage subcontractors.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, firefighting and ELV systems.
• Proficiency in reading MEP drawings, technical submittals and material approvals.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and project planning software.
