MEP Supervisor – Facility Maintenance (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a competent Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of our facilities in Dubai. The role involves managing a team of technicians and tradesmen, planning preventive maintenance, and ensuring that all building systems operate safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs.
• Develop weekly maintenance schedules and allocate tasks to staff.
• Recruit, train and supervise maintenance technicians and tradesmen such as electricians and plumbers.
• Oversee installations, repairs and routine servicing of building systems including heating, ventilation and air‑conditioning.
• Monitor and contribute to the maintenance budget, ensuring compliance with financial limits.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in building or MEP maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to lead a team and manage administrative tasks such as scheduling.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and functional environment.
