Merchandising Mission – Middle East (6-month)

About the role

This 6‑month mission supports the Women’s Fashion Merchandising team in the Middle East, focusing on sales performance, stock optimisation and depreciation risk reduction across key categories. The role also drives cross‑functional collaboration to accelerate growth in Fragrance & Beauty.

Key responsibilities

• Depreciation Monitoring & Stock Optimization – Monitor collection performance and sell‑through by store, gather qualitative feedback, and support weekly regrouping exercises to limit depreciation risk.
• Silhouette Mindset & Cross‑Functional Animation – Serve as a bridge between Merchandising and Styling, animate collection launches, align business needs, and support styling sessions.
• Support Growth in Fragrance & Beauty – Review target max levels, create playful content to drive unit per transaction (UPT) and increase client penetration.
• VM Collaboration – Partner with Visual Merchandising to secure visibility for key categories, assist with store openings, window changes and coherent storytelling.
