Mergers & Acquisition Lawyer in Dubai

About the role

Arada is seeking an experienced M&A Lawyer to act as a strategic legal advisor, leading and supporting mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings across the GCC. The role balances technical legal expertise with commercial pragmatism to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage domestic and cross‑border M&A transactions from inception to completion, including drafting and negotiating SPAs, APAs, JV agreements and shareholders' agreements.
• Conduct legal due diligence, identify transaction risks and advise senior leaders on structure, regulatory implications and post‑acquisition integration.
• Provide corporate law and governance advice across multiple jurisdictions, support board and shareholder matters, and ensure compliance with GCC corporate regulations.
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, strategic partnership agreements, procurement and service arrangements.
• Monitor regulatory developments, advise on competition law, foreign investment rules and licensing requirements.

Required profile

• 10+ years of legal experience focused on M&A, corporate and commercial law.
• Experience in leading international law firms and in‑house roles within large corporations.
• Proven track record of independently managing high‑value transactions and advising senior executives.
• Strong exposure to KSA and GCC legal and regulatory environments.
