MIS Executive – Aftersales Systems Support

About the role

The MIS Executive will support frontline staff in the Aftersales department by providing effective system solutions, maintaining master data, and optimizing processes to drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to branch service staff queries and resolve system issues within 48 hours.
• Liaise with Aftersales, Finance and EIT to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Manage PDI package creation, modification and alignment with approved pricing.
• Prepare and maintain DIO accessories packages for required models.
• Support campaign roll‑outs, including package uploads and system management.
• Upload Service Advisor shifts and technician schedules for appointment booking.
• Resolve WIP and special discount issues while ensuring data accuracy.

Required profile

• Graduate or Diploma holder, preferably with automotive experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including pricing analyst or assistant roles.
• Mandatory automotive aftersales experience.

Required skills

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• ERP experience, specifically SAP IS AUTO.
• Data warehousing and data management expertise.
• Ability to conduct data quality checks.
