Mod Supervisor – Elevator Projects

About the role

The Mod Supervisor will lead pre‑installation and installation activities for elevator and escalator projects in Dubai. You will coordinate with contractors, architects, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and safe execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage pre‑installation works, material deliveries, and shaft readiness according to approved shop drawings.
• Plan and monitor logistics, risk assessments, and safety procedures for hoisting, rigging and critical activities.
• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants and supply chain to obtain approvals for shop drawings, technical submittals, material samples and method statements.
• Track installation progress using MS Projects, Primavera or Excel, raise material inspection requests, and handle trouble reports.
• Prepare and submit interim payment applications, third‑party inspections and handover documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in the elevator industry.
• Fluent in English and Chinese with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a highly team‑oriented, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and comfortable using Microsoft‑based software.
