About the role
Mortgage PRO is seeking a full‑time Mortgage Broker to join its Abu Dhabi office. You will work directly with clients to understand their financial goals, assess eligibility, and recommend suitable mortgage products.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review mortgage applications and coordinate with banks and lenders.
- Negotiate terms, ensure timely processing of documentation, and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Explain mortgage options, repayment plans and associated costs to clients.
- Build relationships with real‑estate agents and support mortgage marketing initiatives.
Required profile
- Strong expertise in mortgage brokerage and familiarity with UAE mortgage regulations.
- Experience analysing client financial profiles and recommending sustainable lending solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and client‑relationship skills.
- High integrity, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases.
