Multi Property Assistant Credit Manager

About the role

The Multi Property Assistant Credit Manager supports senior management in overseeing financial operations across multiple properties. The role involves ensuring accuracy of financial records, handling credit and billing processes, and assisting with employee training and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify financial figures, postings, and documents for accuracy.
• Organize, secure, and maintain files, records, cash and cash equivalents.
• Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information.
• Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data using journals, ledgers, or computers.
• Prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports.
• Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements.
• Process credit card vouchers, advance deposits, overpayments, cancelled reservations, tax exemptions, and voucher invoices.
• Respond to and resolve questions or disputes from the Shared Service Center, guests, credit card companies, and banks.
• Conduct credit checks, follow‑up on past‑due accounts, and manage collections of check guarantee service accounts.
• Assist in training, evaluating, counseling, and motivating employees while upholding the Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• No specific license or certification required.
