Multi-Property Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Multi-Property Marketing Executive to promote Marriott’s brand image both internally and externally across our Dubai properties. The role focuses on driving revenue through sales techniques, upselling, and delivering memorable experiences for guests and prospective owners. The position also requires adherence to company policies, professional presentation, and collaboration with team members to achieve service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Promote brand awareness and maintain guest loyalty through targeted marketing initiatives.
• Identify upsell opportunities and sell enhancements to improve the Marriott experience.
• Schedule and conduct preview package tours for potential vacation club owners, ensuring eligibility criteria are met.
• Provide complimentary gifts such as reward points or tickets to recognize guest patronage.
• Answer guest inquiries about property facilities and services, and accurately record messages.
• Follow all company policies and maintain a professional appearance.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members and support common goals.
• Comply with quality assurance standards and perform physical tasks such as moving objects up to 10 pounds.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
