Multilingual Business Consultant – UAE Client Setup

About the role

A&A Associate is looking for motivated, results‑driven Multilingual Business Consultants to help international clients establish and grow their businesses in the United Arab Emirates. The role blends sales expertise with client‑focused advisory to deliver tailored business‑setup solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on business setup processes across various UAE jurisdictions.
• Facilitate company registrations, licensing procedures, and corporate structuring.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and guidelines.
• Manage end‑to‑end client relationships throughout the setup journey.
• Deliver customized solutions based on client needs and drive business growth.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in sales, business consultancy, or a client‑facing role within the service industry.
• Fluency in English and at least one additional language (Arabic, French, Russian, or Chinese).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities for complex structuring requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of finance and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with the UAE business environment and company formation processes is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
