Multiple Hospitality Roles – Store Manager to Barista

About the role

Fynd Café is expanding its operations in Dubai and is looking for enthusiastic food‑and‑beverage professionals to join a high‑end dine‑in and drive‑through café concept. Eight positions are open, ranging from Store Manager to Barista, each playing a key part in delivering premium service.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily operational duties specific to the assigned front‑of‑house or kitchen role.
• Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Provide attentive customer service and resolve guest inquiries or issues professionally.
• Collaborate with floor staff, kitchen teams, and management to ensure smooth service workflow.
• Enforce food safety, sanitation regulations, and internal operational procedures across shifts.

Required profile

• Prior experience in premium dine‑in or high‑volume drive‑through food & beverage establishments.
• Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates (local hiring).
• Diploma or equivalent education.

Required skills

• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing equipment (for Barista roles).
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
