About the role
We are seeking skilled professionals for a range of technical and maintenance positions across MEP engineering, coordination, and specialist trades. Candidates will join a dynamic team supporting building services and facilities management.
Key responsibilities
- Design, supervise, and oversee MEP systems including HVAC, LV, pumps, and BMS.
- Coordinate facility management activities, prepare quotations, and manage documentation.
- Perform electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and finishing tasks in line with project specifications.
Required profile
- Engineering degree or relevant trade certificate.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in the respective field.
- Professional written English; Russian language required for MEP Engineer role.
Required skills
- HVAC systems (FCUs, AHUs, split AC, refrigerant handling).
- Electrical distribution boards, circuit breakers, emergency lighting.
- Pumps, plumbing, drainage, and basic building maintenance.
- Finishing trades: painting, gypsum, tiling, carpentry, doors and locks.
- Strong MS Excel proficiency for coordination tasks.
