MVNO Technical Product Operations Lead

About the role

Voye is seeking a lead to oversee technical execution, quality assurance, and operational workflows of its MVNO platform, ensuring seamless global mobile connectivity for travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Drive technical product operations and project management across the product lifecycle from requirements to rollout.
• Lead QA and testing for billing systems, SIM/eSIM provisioning, data/voice/SMS services, number porting, and customer journey touchpoints.
• Coordinate with development teams to prioritize backlogs, clarify business logic, report bugs, and validate product behavior.
• Manage integrations and relationships with host network operators, telecom vendors, and third‑party platforms.
• Define and optimize commercial plan configurations, pricing, data limits, lifecycle rules, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor daily product health, activation performance, top‑up success rates, and escalation pathways.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical product operations, QA engineering, or technical project management within telecom, MVNO, or mobile tech.
• Hands‑on experience managing telecom partner relationships and vendor integrations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English.
