Nationalization Senior Manager (UAE National)

About the role

The Nationalization Senior Manager will lead PwC Middle East's Emiratization agenda, ensuring alignment with the firm’s talent strategy and local regulatory requirements. This senior position reports to the Human Capital leadership team and works closely with business units to embed national talent across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve a robust Emiratization strategy for PwC Middle East.
• Develop targeted recruitment, retention and development programmes to increase UAE national hires and reduce attrition.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and line‑of‑service heads to embed nationalization goals into business planning.
• Monitor compliance with GCC labor laws and nationalization frameworks, preparing required documentation and reports.
• Lead cross‑functional teams on projects related to HR systems, data analytics and workforce planning.

Required profile

• UAE national with a minimum of 120 months (10 years) of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in senior HR or workforce transformation roles, preferably within professional services.
• Strong knowledge of Emiratization policies, GCC labor legislation and nationalization frameworks.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change across a large, matrixed organization.
