NBR/XLPE Production and Plant Manager

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Ras Al Khaimah leads the production of NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) and XLPE (Cross‑Linked Polyethylene). The Plant Manager is responsible for end‑to‑end plant operations, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and monitor daily production schedules and output.
• Coordinate manufacturing activities, maintenance plans, and resource allocation.
• Optimize process efficiency and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate plant teams to achieve performance targets.
• Implement continuous‑improvement initiatives and safety programs.
• Prepare regular reports on production, costs, and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with senior management and cross‑functional departments to align plant performance with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing manufacturing facilities, preferably in polymer or chemical processing.
• Technical degree or diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field; advanced certifications in production or plant management are a plus.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting to senior management and coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
