Net New Account Executive MEA Dubai (f/m/d)

About the role

Thinkproject, a platform for construction software that connects information management with the building, infrastructure and energy industries, is looking for a Net New Account Executive (f/m/d) for the Dubai market. You will identify, pursue and secure business with customers who have never used Thinkproject before, targeting large accounts through inbound qualified leads, networking, account-based marketing and social media outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Work with a qualified list of prospects in an assigned territory to acquire a defined number of new logos and meet sales targets.
• Engage with new customers to build relationships and understand their challenges, then build a sales pipeline from customer outcomes.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiate terms and close deals.
• Monitor industry trends, market activity and competitors to spot opportunities and challenges.
• Develop territory-specific plans and work with Technical Sales, services, marketing and partner management teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in field sales of SaaS and cloud solutions.
• Proven track record in acquiring new customers and logos.
• Experience in outcome-based solution selling focused on measurable customer results.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, written and spoken.
