Network Security Engineer (On-site, Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Network Security Engineer to join our Dubai office, supporting day‑to‑day IT, network and security operations. The role blends systems administration, networking, cloud identity and security duties, working closely with senior engineers to keep our environment secure and reliable.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Windows, macOS and Linux workstations.
• Provision, image, patch and manage endpoints and other IT assets.
• Handle onboarding/off‑boarding, user accounts and access‑control processes.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, JumpCloud and Cloudflare services.
• Support AWS user access and monitoring.
• Manage and troubleshoot MikroTik routers, switches, VLANs, Wi‑Fi, VPNs, routing and switching.
• Maintain identity‑management solutions including SSO, MFA and Conditional Access.
• Assist with incident response, vulnerability analysis and security auditing.
• Monitor systems and networks, respond to alerts and enforce security baselines.
• Use Jira and GitHub for ticketing, documentation and configuration management.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration or network engineering.
• CCNA certification (mandatory).
• Strong networking knowledge – routing, switching, subnetting, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VPNs.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure and cloud‑identity management.
• Familiarity with JumpCloud, SSO, MFA and Conditional Access.
• Exposure to incident response, vulnerability management or security auditing.
• Proficiency with Jira and GitHub.
• Comfortable using Bash or PowerShell command‑line.
• Excellent English communication and a security‑first mindset.
