New Product Development Manager – Construction Chemicals

About the role

We are seeking an experienced New Product Development Manager to lead the creation, formulation, testing and launch of innovative construction chemical products in the UAE. The role involves identifying market opportunities, optimizing existing formulations and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful commercialisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end development of new construction chemical products, from concept through to market launch.
• Identify new product opportunities and develop formulations that meet market requirements.
• Optimize existing product formulations and oversee laboratory testing and production scale‑up.
• Coordinate closely with Marketing, Production, Quality, Procurement and Sales teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 12‑15+ years of experience in construction chemicals manufacturing, preferably in the UAE.
• Proven track record of taking products from concept to commercialisation.
