Night Guest Services Executive – Front Office

About the role

The Guest Services Executive (Night) will be the first point of contact for guests arriving at Madinat Jumeirah Resort during night shifts. You will ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out processes while delivering personalized service that reflects the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check‑in/check‑out accurately and efficiently.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, F&B and other departments to fulfil requests.
• Handle special requests such as transportation, dining reservations and amenities.
• Resolve minor complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Promote hotel services and amenities, upselling where appropriate.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 1‑2 years of front‑desk or customer‑service experience in hospitality.
• Experience working in an international environment with cultural sensitivity.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
