About the role
Sisco Jobs is recruiting, on behalf of an international client, a dedicated NOC Coordinator based in Abu Dhabi. The role covers 24/7 network monitoring, incident triage, coordination with field engineers and keeping enterprise IT infrastructure running with minimal downtime.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or IT service desk environment.
- Valid passport with clear status, and willingness to undergo compliance and degree attestation checks as required by UAE employment regulations.
Required skills
- Proficiency in monitoring tools and incident management systems.
- Basic network troubleshooting.
