Nursery Manager – Boutique Early Years Centre

About the role

We are seeking a bubbly, proactive, and well‑organised Nursery Manager to lead our small boutique nursery in Dubai. You will work with a close‑knit team of fewer than 10 staff members across three classrooms, fostering strong relationships with parents and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the nursery.
• Build positive relationships with parents, staff, and the wider community.
• Lead, support and motivate a small team of educators.
• Ensure compliance with KHDA regulations and nursery policies.
• Manage KHDA portals, documentation and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health, safety and early years education.
• Support admissions, parent communication, staff coordination and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• CACHE Level 5 qualification or a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Nursery Manager.
• Good knowledge of KHDA regulations and experience handling the KHDA portal.
• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
• Warm, approachable, energetic and solution‑oriented personality.
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
