About the role
We are seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to lead the daily operations of our Dubai‑based early childhood centre. The successful candidate will ensure a safe, nurturing environment where children receive high‑quality care and stimulating educational experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations, staffing, and organization of the nursery.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and child‑friendly environment.
- Design and implement play‑based learning activities that meet individual developmental needs.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Manage budgets, resources, and reporting to senior management.
Required profile
- Cache Level 5 qualification or equivalent early‑childhood education credential.
- Minimum 4 years of experience managing a nursery or preschool.
- Approachable, friendly demeanor with strong communication skills.
