Nursery Teacher – Early Childhood Educator

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Nursery Teacher to join our early childhood team in Sharjah. The role involves creating a safe, nurturing environment where young children can explore, learn and develop foundational skills.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate activities that support cognitive, social and motor development.
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom and ensure the safety of all children at all times.
• Observe and assess each child’s progress, providing feedback to parents and senior staff.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement the nursery curriculum.
• Manage daily routines such as meals, nap times and outdoor play.

Required profile

• Cache Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education.
• Enthusiastic and patient attitude with a genuine love for working with young children.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with parents.
• Responsible, confident classroom management skills.
