Nursery Teacher (FS1/FS2) – Early Years Education

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Nursery Teacher (FS1/FS2) to join our new nursery in Meydan, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai. The role involves delivering high-quality early years education in a nurturing, child-centered environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the EYFS curriculum.
• Implement child-led learning and in-the-moment planning.
• Support children’s social, emotional and cognitive development.
• Observe, assess and document each child’s progress.
• Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
• Build strong relationships with parents and provide regular updates.
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure excellence in early years education.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Completed CACHE Level 3 (or equivalent qualification, MOFA attested).
• Minimum two years’ experience in nursery or early years settings.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience of the EYFS framework.
• Experience in child-led learning and in-the-moment planning.
• British and South African nationals are preferred.
