Off-Plan & Investment Advisor / Property Consultant

About the role

We are seeking ambitious Off‑Plan & Investment Advisors to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this client‑facing role you will guide home‑buyers and investors through new property launches, payment plans and long‑term investment strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with buyers and investors on off‑plan property opportunities.
• Assess client budgets, investment goals and timelines.
• Present projects from leading Abu Dhabi developers, explaining concepts, payment structures and completion dates.
• Conduct client meetings, project presentations and developer site visits.
• Follow up inbound leads, convert qualified prospects into buyers and support them through reservation, documentation and purchase procedures.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of upcoming launches and major development areas.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with investors for future transactions.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in real‑estate sales; knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market is a plus.
• Fluency in Arabic, French or Russian is preferred.
• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation with a strong relationship‑building mindset.
• Target‑driven, commercially minded and able to explain financial and property information clearly.
