About the role
Enclave Dubai is a Dubai-based real estate brokerage covering residential and commercial properties across secondary and off-plan markets, with more than 7 years of local market experience. It is looking for motivated Off-Plan Property Advisors with Dubai real estate experience to help clients identify investment opportunities and purchase off-plan properties.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai/UAE real estate or luxury sales
- Strong understanding of Dubai's off-plan property market
- Experience selling off-plan projects and working with developers
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close deals
- Arabic language proficiency
- Valid UAE driving licence
Required skills
- Strong communication, negotiation and client relationship skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
