Property Consultant

About the role

Oia Properties is a real estate agency operating in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, specialising in the sale and resale of residential properties in the secondary market. The Property Consultant facilitates buying and selling, generates leads, builds client relationships and manages sales transactions to drive revenue growth. The role guides clients through their real estate journey, advises on market trends, negotiates deals and ensures a seamless transaction.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences and financial goals, and evaluate property values with recommendations based on local market conditions.
• Prepare and present property listings, assist buyers in finding properties, arrange showings and lead them through the purchase process.
• Represent sellers by marketing properties, arranging viewings and negotiating offers to maximise sale prices.
• Monitor local real estate trends, property values and developments, and stay current with property laws and competitive activity.
• Manage transactions from contract signing to final closing, generate leads through networking, referrals, marketing campaigns and online platforms, and build long-term client relationships.
• Build a network of industry professionals such as mortgage brokers and home inspectors, and work with the sales team and management on sales strategies to meet targets.
• Use CRM systems and sales tools to track leads and follow up, keep accurate records of sales and transactions, resolve client concerns promptly, and adhere to HSE regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field.
• Experience in real estate is beneficial; knowledge of real estate laws, market dynamics and property valuation is a plus.

Required skills

• Previous experience with CRM systems and sales tools is advantageous but not mandatory.
