About the role
Enclave Dubai is seeking an Off-Plan Property Consultant to drive sales of residential and commercial off‑plan projects. The role focuses on converting leads into closed transactions within the dynamic Dubai real‑estate market.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and nurture leads, leveraging fresh daily leads and telesales support.
- Negotiate and close property transactions, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Dubai developers, new project launches and payment plans.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of real‑estate sales experience, preferably with Dubai off‑plan projects.
- Strong sales, negotiation and client‑relationship skills.
- Valid UAE driving licence and ability to work independently.
- European language skills are a plus.
