About the role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to support daily office operations. The role involves maintaining cleanliness, preparing refreshments, and handling basic driving and delivery tasks as needed.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and serve tea, coffee and refreshments for staff and visitors.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office, pantry, meeting rooms and common areas.
Clean and maintain office equipment, furniture and other assigned areas.
Stock the pantry with tea, coffee, water and other supplies.
Assist with serving refreshments during meetings.
Handle photocopying, printing, filing and document delivery.
Purchase or collect office supplies as instructed.
Drive company vehicles safely for official errands and deliveries.

Required profile

Previous experience as an Office Boy, Office Assistant or similar role preferred.
Valid UAE driving license.
Basic communication skills in English.
Reliable, punctual, trustworthy and hardworking.
Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
