One Touch Service Officer

About the role

The One Touch Service Officer (OTS) supports the Front Office team at Sofitel, ensuring seamless guest experiences through efficient administration, coordination and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Handle guest requests, room service orders, wake‑up calls and telephone enquiries following Sofitel standards.
• Maintain a clean, well‑organized front‑office area and manage inventory, supplies and equipment.
• Update guest histories, requests and transactions in Opera, Micros and HotSos systems.
• Coordinate with all hotel departments to fulfil guest needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Follow emergency, security and confidentiality procedures.
• Support HR initiatives by promoting a discrimination‑free workplace and addressing harassment complaints.
• Perform miscellaneous duties such as filing, logbook updates and occasional redeployment.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months experience in a hospitality front‑office or guest‑service role.
• Strong telephone etiquette and ability to communicate clearly with guests and internal teams.
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
• Commitment to Sofitel’s brand values and French excellence.
