Online Sales Coordinator

About the role

ASBIS Middle East is seeking a motivated Online Sales Coordinator to support and expand its online retail and marketplace operations. You will be responsible for managing product listings, coordinating promotions, monitoring inventory, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day activities across multiple e‑commerce channels.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales activities across online retail and marketplace accounts.
• Manage product listings, content updates, and launch new SKUs.
• Execute pricing updates, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor inventory levels, order fulfillment, and stock availability.
• Prepare sales, inventory, and performance reports with actionable insights.
• Liaise with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Logistics, and Finance teams.
• Ensure data accuracy, timely issue resolution, and compliance with company processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve online sales performance and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E‑commerce or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in e‑commerce, online sales support, or account coordination.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a proactive problem‑solving approach.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with e‑commerce platforms and online retail environments.
