Operations Accountant – Automotive Showroom

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Accountant to join our automotive showroom team in Ras Al Khaimah. The role focuses on managing daily accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting month‑end closing for the dealership.

Key responsibilities

• Process invoicing, payments and reconciliations for sales, service and parts departments.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain precise cash records.
• Verify and record financial documents related to showroom operations.
• Coordinate with sales, service and inventory teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain detailed financial records and assist with month‑end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Operations Accountant in the automotive industry.
• Previous showroom or dealership experience is mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
