About the role
As an Operations Associate you will welcome guests, guide them through the attraction and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience. You will be the front‑line ambassador, creating memorable moments for visitors at Ferrari World Abu Dhabi.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and provide an overview of the experience.
- Assist guests with navigation, directions and answer questions.
- Enforce safety rules, monitor behaviour and respond to emergencies.
- Deliver excellent customer service, resolve issues and ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Good problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to act quickly and think on your feet.
- Desirable: 1 year experience in operations, guest services or similar hospitality roles.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
