Operations Associate

About the role

MultiBank Group is seeking an Operations Associate to join the MEX Exchange Operations team. You will monitor processes, manage client onboarding, and support technology deployments across multiple shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively monitor real‑time processes, client connections and trade flows.
• Build, modify and maintain daily control reports and identify escalation triggers.
• Onboard clients and vendors, coordinating system set‑up and connectivity.
• Maintain relationships with prime brokers, banks, clients and vendors to resolve daily issues.
• Analyse client data and liquidity trends to improve experience and pricing.
• Conduct UAT and troubleshoot proprietary trading GUIs and portals.
• Enhance CRM data capture and produce regular progress reports for senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of analytical or client‑service experience in financial products.
• Solid understanding of FX products (Spot, Forwards, Swaps, NDFs) and the trade lifecycle.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to investigate discrepancies and recommend fixes.
• Comfort working with large data sets and Excel (pivot tables, lookups, macros).
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently under time pressure.
