Operations Engineer – Flooring Projects

About the role

Terrazzo Ltd is seeking a hands‑on Operations Engineer to lead epoxy terrazzo flooring projects, manage installation teams and support business development across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple flooring projects from mobilisation to handover, supervising site labour and ensuring quality standards.
• Plan material requirements, coordinate procurement of epoxy resins, aggregates, pigments and oversee logistics to sites.
• Prepare execution budgets, monitor costs, report variances and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Develop new business opportunities, build relationships with contractors, developers and consultants, and assist with quotations and proposals.
• Provide regular operational updates to management, maintain project documentation and proactively mitigate risks.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in epoxy terrazzo, resin flooring or specialist flooring contracting.
• Proven ability to independently manage site teams, subcontractors and multiple projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction‑site practices and contractor coordination.
• Valid UAE driving licence and fluent English.

• Procurement and material planning for flooring projects.
• Project budgeting, cost control and financial reporting.
• Interpretation of drawings, specifications and bills of quantities.
