Senior QA/QC Manager for Large‑Scale Dubai Project

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA/QC Manager to lead the quality function for a prestigious large‑scale construction project in Dubai. The role involves overseeing all quality activities, ensuring compliance with standards, and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP) and QA/QC procedures.
• Lead the project QA/QC team, conduct site inspections, audits and quality reviews, and manage NCRs, corrective and preventive actions.
• Review specifications, IFC drawings, method statements, material submittals and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) to ensure compliance with client, ISO and local requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, laboratories and third‑party inspection agencies, and supervise material inspections and testing activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of QA/QC experience on large‑scale construction projects with reputable main contractors.
• Proven leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
