About the role
Join a newly formed organization designing and launching new business models across MENA. As an Operations Executive for Amazon Now, you will lead end‑to‑end operations, manage store and delivery partners, and ensure Amazon policies are applied consistently.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily end‑to‑end operations for a large site or multiple small sites.
- Supervise store operations while meeting customer‑facing metrics, cost targets, safety and morale.
- Drive performance management of team members.
- Prepare and implement training and development plans for associates.
- Continuously improve operations processes and achieve sustained performance improvement.
- Conduct 4M and 5S audits for stores on a daily basis.
- Act as stand‑in for Area Manager when required.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in a customer‑facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Fluent in spoken, written and read English.
- 5+ years of people management experience leading teams of 20 or more.
