About the role
The Operations Fleet Coordinator ensures vehicles are efficiently allocated to meet customer bookings while overseeing maintenance and logistical operations. This role works closely with drivers, rental agents, and service providers to keep the fleet running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor fleet availability and allocate vehicles based on demand and bookings.
- Coordinate vehicle repairs, servicing, and maintenance schedules with service providers.
- Track fleet utilization to minimize idle time.
- Maintain records of mileage, condition, and maintenance history.
- Collaborate with drivers and rental agents to ensure smooth logistics.
- Prepare and analyse reports on performance, utilization, and cost efficiency.
- Support the Fleet Supervisor in implementing optimisation strategies.
Required profile
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in fleet coordination or logistics.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field preferred.
