About the role
Easygenerator is a fast‑growing EdTech scale‑up based in Dubai, looking for an Operations Manager to improve daily company performance. You will shape operational strategy, lead key projects and create smarter ways of working across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and roll out operational policies and strategies that boost efficiency and align with company goals.
- Lead operational projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring they stay on schedule, on budget and meet priorities.
- Identify operational risks, create contingency plans and ensure compliance with UAE regulations and internal policies.
- Plan and manage travel, accommodation and company events, handling venue selection, vendor negotiation, budgeting and logistics.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cross‑functional collaboration experience.
- Highly organized, adaptable and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
