EDEN AESTHETICS Clinic is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to run its premium medical aesthetics and longevity clinic in Business Bay, Dubai. The role suits someone with a proven track record of managing high-end aesthetic clinics in Dubai, overseeing daily operations, improving efficiency and leading a multicultural team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operations so that service delivery runs smoothly.
• Develop, motivate and manage a high-performing multicultural team.
• Improve operational processes, increase accountability and optimise clinic workflows.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training and professional development of staff.
• Maintain premium patient care standards for an international clientele.
• Address operational challenges and drive measurable business improvements.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in an operational or managerial role in a premium aesthetic clinic in Dubai.
• Strong leadership, team management and organisational abilities.
• Experience in recruitment, coaching and talent development.
• Fluent, professional English; Russian is an advantage.
• Understanding of luxury customer service and VIP patient expectations.
