Operations Officer - Transfer Unit

About the role

The Operations Officer – Transfer Unit is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations related to property transfers, registrations and mortgage processing at ADIB. The role works closely with customers, sales teams and external land departments to meet service level agreements and protect the bank’s interests.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate transfer and registration appointments with the land department, liaising between ADIB customers and the sales team.
• Handle mortgage processing for government housing programmes such as ADHA and SZHP.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures and SLAs.
• Track and report issues, escalating to the line manager for timely resolution.
• Review cases from booking to mortgage perfection, ensuring completion within defined timelines.
• Assist the manager in updating SOPs and improving departmental controls.
• Visit banks for buy‑out payments and document collection, and maintain MIS tracking for each case across Emirates.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of banking policies, Islamic banking products and mortgage processes.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
