About the role
The Operations Supervisor will coordinate with rental agents to meet customer needs and ensure smooth operations across branches and counters of National Car Rental in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee branch operations, planning and providing adequate manpower, vehicles, and infrastructure.
- Control fleet movement, allocating vehicles to branches based on demand.
- Verify rental agreements from branches, ensure documentation is complete and forward to the accounts department.
- Monitor vehicle service requirements and liaise with maintenance for servicing.
- Coordinate with rental agents to execute prior reservations.
- Track monthly rentals and arrange payments with the accounts department.
- Resolve customer grievances within company parameters.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on sales, vehicle utilization and fleet maintenance, offering recommendations.
