Supply Chain Manager – Middle East

About the role

The Supply Chain Manager will work closely with the Supply Chain 3PL Director to lead and optimise supply chain operations across the Middle East. The role focuses on continuous improvement, cost reduction, and supporting regional growth through strong warehouse, logistics, systems and supplier management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead supply chain improvement initiatives to reduce lead times, improve service levels and optimise replenishment models.
• Manage automation, system enhancement and process improvement projects to support scalability.
• Oversee regional warehouses and logistics partners, ensuring KPI targets, service levels and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate new market entries, store openings and outlet launches, ensuring supply chain readiness.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards, KPI reports and performance analysis for regional and global stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics or retail operations.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and key stakeholders.
• Strong project management and continuous‑improvement capability.
• Experience negotiating contracts and managing logistics provider performance.

Required skills

• Advanced ERP knowledge and systems integration.
• Data analysis and reporting skills.
