Outbound Telesales Agent – Drive Sales & Build Relationships

About the role

As an Outbound Telesales Agent you will generate revenue by contacting prospective and existing customers through high‑volume outbound calls. You will be responsible for converting leads into sales, meeting performance targets and nurturing long‑term customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to promote and sell Dubizzle products and services.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Manage leads, follow‑up on inquiries and build a pipeline of potential clients.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms and close deals efficiently.
• Record all customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the purchase team to align lead conversion strategies.
• Provide post‑sale support, address customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques and industry trends.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in telesales, call‑center or customer‑service environments.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets in a high‑pressure setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion and time‑management abilities.
