Outdoor Sales Executive

About the role

A contract position for an Outdoor Sales Executive based in Dubai within the FMCG industry. The role drives revenue growth through field sales: identifying prospects, presenting solutions and closing deals across the region while representing products on-site, building client relationships and achieving quarterly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through territory mapping and lead generation
• Conduct on-site product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts
• Negotiate pricing, contracts and terms to secure profitable sales
• Work with internal sales and technical teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
• Provide regular sales forecasts and market feedback to management

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field
• 2-4 years of outdoor sales experience in a technical environment
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel throughout Dubai

Required skills

• Strong technical sales skills, able to explain product features and benefits
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and comfortable working independently in the field
• Preferred: experience selling to construction, industrial or infrastructure sectors; familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics; additional languages, especially Arabic; sales methodology certifications such as SPIN Selling or Miller Heiman; established network of industry contacts in the UAE
